Our Podiatrists are experienced and proficient in both Orthotic therapy and innersole modifications to provide your feet with the support they deserve.

At times, whether due to factors inside the body, such as foot structure or age, or external factors, such as walking surfaces, footwear and activity levels, injuries may occur. Our Podiatrists are experienced and proficient in diagnosing and treating these conditions and may prescribe orthotic therapy or modify the innersoles of your existing shoes to alleviate the pain and treat these injuries.
Please don’t forget to bring in the shoes you regularly wear so we can assess them and provide advice on whether innersole modification or Orthotic therapy is required.

Ingrown Toenail Care including Nail Surgery

Our Podiatrists are experienced and provide the highest level of care and advanced techniques required to treat ingrown toenails. Including, if required, Ingrown Toenail Surgery.

Ingrown toenails can occur due to nail care techniques or may be due to the way the nail grows. Our Podiatrists are skilled in treating ingrown toenails and providing education on why the ingrown toenail is occuring. If the toenail is regularly becoming ingrown and it is due to the way the nail grows, a permanent solution may be Ingrown Toenail Surgery under Local Anaesthetic. Our Podiatrists are skilled and competent in Ingrown Toenail Surgery and employ advanced techniques to remove the section or whole nail and significantly reduce the risk of the offending part of the toenail growing and become troublesome again. This occurs in-clinic and is walk-in, walk-out with a local anaesthetic given to numb the toe.

Plantar warts can be painful and over-the-counter treatments may help in quickly treating them, however some warts can be quite stubborn leading to extended periods of pain and discomfort.
If this occurs, our friendly Podiatrists are experienced in targeted interventions to resolve the pain and discomfort of the warts. Treatments options include debridement, salicylic acid and surgical intervention under local anaesthetic in-clinic.

Our Podiatrists are skilled in Paediatric assessment, advice and therapies for any and all issues relating to kid’s feet.

As a newborn develops and transitions from crawling to upright, their feet rapidly change to adapt to them beginning to walk. Our Podiatrists are there beside you as your child’s feet develop; whether it be advice on nail care, skin conditions, footwear advice or certain conditions that may occur as your child’s legs and feet develop (such as growing pains, structural changes to the feet, unexplained heel pain or knee pain with activity) or abnormal gait/walking patterns (such as toe walking, in-toeing or out-toeing).

Gait and Balance Assessments, Doppler Ultrasound, Ankle and Toe/Brachial Pressure Index assessments or Peripheral Nerve Assessments.

As we age, we are more prone to changes occuring to our nerves and/or blood flow.
Our Podiatrists are experienced and skilled in conducting targeted assessments for these changes, including Gait and Balance Assessments, Doppler Ultrasound assessments on the peripheral arteries and, if required, targeted assessments on the changes in blood pressure as the blood moves down the body to your feet. Our Podiatrists can also assess Peripheral Nerves to determine if your symptoms are related to the nerves in the feet, or originating further up the body.
